I've been on HRT almost 6 months, but have only been living full time for about 2 weeks, in graduate school. Time and HRT. Face won't heal if you're still getting active pimples. Also use a moisturizer every day, and a cleanser when you shower. Just take care of your face.

Can't really get rid of the discoloration, but the collagen does come back eventually. Plus makeup. I've had scars since I was 13 and only now that I'm transitioning are they going away.

That's really vague and meaningless anyway. What does "feeling like a girl" even mean? If you experience gender dysphoria then you will benefit from treatment (i.e. transition). The DSM covers gender dysphoria, not transsexualism (which would basically just be defined as experiencing gender dysphoria).
