Hi, I'm a mtf tranny. Been on HRT for about 3 months, came out a year ago.
Recently I've been getting signals from someone who is like my childhood best friend. A couple weeks ago he accidentally told me he liked me. He's always been "super straight alpha" so idk if I've unlocked some bi-tendencies or what.

I've always been a tiny, skinny person with little facial hair and little masculine markers. Coming out early was the best thing I ever did. And, it's not like I posted on FB or went totally public with it. I'm 3 months HRT and I still haven't formally announced it publicly. When I mean I came out, I mean I told my best friends and family I was going to transition. I also experimented with femme presentation around the privacy of my best friends/family which helped get a lot of practice.
