Sup guys, young aspiring mtf here, I have some questions about Sex-reassignement, specifically penile inversion. I'm looking at either Suporn or Bowers or Brassard so anyone who has experience with those clinics please answer, however all other people can answer too.
1. Is permanent hair removal required or just shaving?
2. How often do you have to dilate? Lots of surgeons say it peters out but they are not clear on how much or when
3. What does the inside of the vagina feel like? is it like the inner cheek like a cis vagina or is it different? - Very important, I have never been given a clear answer on this
4. What orgasm muscles still work and what muscles don't?
5. Is it as sensitive as your penis was, assuming you used your benis?

You have to dilate and be on hormones the rest of your life. Some surgeries are a great success some are not so much. Lots use epilator or shaving/trimming but i dont think it's required t b h q f a m

Hi OP, I'm 17 days post-op with Dr. Chettawut so I'll see if I can help. Also if a MOD sees this can we please have another SRS General to help contain these questions.
>1. Is permanent hair removal required or just shaving?
For most western surgeons like Bowers or Brassard permanent hair removal is either necessary or highly recommended. For Chettawut (and I believe Suporn too) hair removal is not required.
>2. How often do you have to dilate? Lots of surgeons say it peters out but they are not clear on how much or when
My dilation schedule is; about 40 minutes, 3 times a day, for the next year. My nurse has told me that if work or school gets in the way I can just do it twice a day (in the morning and at night) for 1 hour each time.
In the next year dilation can become less regular but they recommend you keep up the schedule for at least two years. Sex can also replace dilation even your sexy times are shorter then a session. You will have to dilate or have regular penetrative sex for the rest of your life or you will lose depth. You will be able to do this less regularly as time goes on though.
3. What does the inside of the vagina feel like? is it like the inner cheek like a cis vagina or is it different? - Very important, I have never been given a clear answer on this
It does kinda feel like the inside of your mouth but more sensitive. It's also a little bit slippery like it's covered in saliva. I haven't been with a woman in while so it's hard to compare but from what I can recall it's very close to cis.
>4. What orgasm muscles still work and what muscles don't?
I'm confused by this question, I also can't have sex yet so no orgasms :(. Muscle wise I guess I can move my kegal muscles and my prostate. I've heard from other girls here that all your muscles contract during an orgasm though.

>5. Is it as sensitive as your penis was, assuming you used your benis?
I rarely used my benis prior prior but when I did I would put a vibrator against the glands to simulate clitoral stimulation. The feeling from my clitoris is like a hundred times that just from the slightest breeze. As for the vaginal canal dilating feels kinda like really boring anal sex. The prostate is near the entrance which is great, feels just like before though which is fine. The labia themselves are quite sensitive too which nice, kinda feels like being tickled.
Also I recommend looking into Chettawut. I'm very pleased with my results and he's cheaper then Suporn.

Can't answer your questions, but I'm interested in this, too. So I give your trhead a bumb.
I don't know wheather permanent hair removal is required or not, but I read a story from a young transitioner who got SRS and after that hair was literally growing out of her neovagina. That really made me think!
