The AGP has always made me feel awkward, and even since like 14 I was really unsure whether I was trans or it was just a fetish. Every time I end up coming to the conclusion I'm not. I didn't feel girly as a kid, didn't associate particularly with girls, didn't identify as a girl in nearly the way my trans women friends tell me they did. I did have a weird thing for the concept of mind control and DnD charm spell type things, but that's obviously completely different. I don't really feel dysphoria, and while I'm not particularly attached to the idea of masculinity, I'm not particularly attached to the idea of femininity either.

The only problem is that I keep thinking about transitioning despite having come to the same conclusion multiple times before. I already know I'm not gonna transition, so why waste the time money and energy even entertaining that thought by visiting a gender therapy specialist? That describes me pretty well. Sometimes I wonder if I actually am trans or just transitioning to distance myself from masculinity. I don't regret transitioning, in fact it's been a huge improvement to my happiness, but I suspect I'm somehow different from the 'typical' trans storyline of having known from a very young age and having identified as a girl since they could talk and stuff. I didn't really have problems with being male until puberty hit. I don't know. It doesn't really matter since I'm happier on HRT than I was before, I guess.

A Plc puts its company stock (shares) up for trade in stock markets, ie is publicly held and listed.
An Ltd doesn't put its shares up for trade in stock markets, so is privately held and unlisted.

Ltd companies gain investment by various means, eg by putting up a limited number of shares/value of company stock up in rounds. This is becoming more popular with the dawn of crowdfunding.
Why invest in a company for a discount of their product on kickstarter or indiegogo, when you can invest in a company for equity and a return-on-investment with seedrs or thesyndicateroom?
Because it's lower risk and you still count as a consumer with the former hence you have certain protections that investors don't, but that's par for the course.
The point of being unlisted is that it means original ownership of the company can still keep a tight grip on the direction the company goes in, there's less paperwork and regs to follow than with public. Say if a company started out as a family business in the 1800's, got hella big and doesn't need further investment at this point to tick over, it's great.

Plc's allow for anyone to buy their stock which has the upside of making it easier to procure investment, but more difficult and bureaucratic in terms of following regs. Sometimes you get mergers and an Ltd, or unlisted company, will become an owned subsidiary of a Plc, or listed company. Simply the management of the Plc buys out company stocks in an Ltd, which is easier to do that way round when the Ltd is unlisted and the available company stock is limited, than to do the other way around.
