Hi, I was transitioning from male to female for almost 1 year during which I was taking estrogen and cyproterone.
However, I've now been de-transitioning for over a year but I still have somewhat large, puffy, soft nipples and quite a lot of fat in the area (it basically droops down and sticks out).
It's pretty embarrassing even under my clothes and I never dare take off my shirt (or go swimming or w/e).
I was wondering if there's any medication that can undo this? I heard Tamoxifen could do the trick... anyone with experience? Or is surgery my only option?

You've already developed breast tissue which is permanent. The only way to get rid of it is through surgery.

Some of it might be fat its quite likely you have breast tissue. Did you self medicate? because if you have no permanent records of HRT then you can just say you have gynecomastia and probably get surgery covered by insurance

why are you de-transitioning? also wouldn't Cypro for a year fuck your balls forever?
