Afaik it's spiro that really makes it difficult, and there are other blockers that don't affect your sex function nearly as much. I think Viagra would just make it easier to get hard, but if you're just trying to cum a lot there are supplements that could help unrelated to hormones.

Unfortunately the sperm part of ejaculate comes bundled with testosterone, I don't know if there is an easy way to produce it without T. I really recommend trying supplements and not avoiding blockers because that may negatively impact your mood.
