Just look up labiaplasty, it makes worlds of a difference, basically they clean up after srs and take the area with the scars and fold it into actual labia looking structures so that the scars are inside and it looks normal. I don't really browse this board often but whatever. My ex-gf is trans. I met her a college party 2 years ago. It's difficult because she was putting such a huge amount of faith in me when she told me she was trans. She had no idea how I would react or who I would tell, but this was after a couple of dates so she really was obliged to tell me. Even after you get over the obstacle of the guy youre with accepting that youre trans, the issue of sex pops up.
