So, due to certain circumstances, I ran out of Spiro but still have Estradiol. Should I even bother taking E while I wait for more Spiro? I heard that taking it without an antiandrogen will be useless.
>>
>>6805090
I dont know about the halflife of spiro but you should be fine for a while.
Try to get spiro as soon as possible though.

E is useless for supressing T
>>
How long should I wait from first GP referral to actually seeing somebody at the clinic? Also what's the likelihood of that first meeting ending up with me getting HRT straight away?
>>
This has been asked a lot probably but what would happen if I only took spiro?

Hey girls I need some help

at what age would it be to late? I don't want to be a hon. I'm currently 20 and I hope to start by 25. I'm finishing school then moving onto a four year school and trying to finally become financially independent from my parents. Also I'm currently at 287 lbs and I want to get down to 180 lbs. How can I get a curvy, thicc voluptuous figure? I don't want to be a twig, nor do I want to continue being a gelatinous ball of fat.

Thank you.

I am 5 days into hrt, on 50mg Cypro and 2 mg estrofem. How long until my skin thins out and becomes soft?

Also i noticed when i think about something sad i suddenly get this sinking feeling in my chest/gut area , its like realy bad falling into sadness that is going to make me cry out loud, but then it quickly goes away as i try and keep my emotions under control. is this from the estrogen ? or am i just falling for placebo memes?

Would 25 mg of bicalutamide per day be more effective than 200 mg of spiro?
>>
>>6807996
Sounds like you still have some testosterone in your system
>>
>>6808073

in what way?
bica wint kill your dick or make your brain female like Spiro, but it will be better at changing body hair and reversing MPB. Also bica wont reduce your T levels so it is hard to monitor

Why won't it kill my dick or make my brain female?

I thought it could pass the blood-brain-barrier.

Why not dick tho?
>>
>>6808185
Because it doesn't lower testosterone levels

the effectiveness of bicalutamide is evaluated by observing symptoms. blood tests are ineffective because its anti-androgenic effects don't occur by reducing the amount of testosterone produced but by preventing testosterone from binding to androgen receptors.

People who have a pathological discomfort with the masculine elements of their body, i.e. pretty much all MtFs. If they're explicitly saying they're transgirls then don't you think it might be a good idea to ask beforehand? Really it's their responsibility to tell you first but you should ask anyway just to be sure.

If they were just femboys on HRT you'd have more of a point.

I did read wikipedia and searched for a while.
Are you implying I have some other definition of effectiveness other than sexual secondary characteristics/demasculinization? I'm asking about dosages.

As far as I know this is how the whole hormones thing works.

The brain, when not sensing T or E, produces some T and E and also releases an endocrine cascade which goes down and stimulates the gonads to produce a sex hormone (T for testicles, E for ovaries). The sex hormone then goes into the brain and regulates the release of the signaling hormones so that sex hormone production in the gonads is stabilized.

Now adding an anti-androgen will block T from binding to the AR. Spiro and bica both do this, except spiro is a partial agonist of the AR and bica is a pure antagonist of the AR. This inhibits masculinization. If the AA enters the brain (which bica does in humans according to wikipedia but I've read conflicting information), it will also prevent the brain from sensing the T in the blood and thereby cause an increase in T production relative to baseline, at least initially.

But there is one point. If you then add estrogen into the equation, the brain will then sense the female levels of estrogen and shut down the signalling cascade to produce T and E, and stop producing as much T and E itself. Yur testicles should then stop producing T because they are no longer being hormonally signaled from the brain to do so. So this being the case, I can see why bica or even spiro wouldn't lower T at first, but with external E logically they should both eventually result in a decrease in T production.

And, just keep in mind that mtfs used to be subscribed only E at high doses in order to do what I described.

People shouldn't spout so much hearsay bullshit with such an air of authority, it makes it hard to sift through and find the truth.

>>6811426
To supress T with E you need heart attack inducing doses of E. Yeah it can have a supressing effect but for the purpose of it it is quasi useless.

Also, anon. Enuchs still have adrenal glands and have E and T both in their bodies. Just at much lower concentrations (for T anyway).
>>
>>6811407
Send the medication to a PO box (possibly prohibitively expensive) or a trusted friend if you don't want them seeing it when it's delivered. The alternative is to watch the letterbox like a hawk and make sure you always get there before them, which is probably going to be stressful and unreliable, especially considering the large delivery windows.

Are they concerned about the drugs themselves or about you getting them semi-illegally?

i wasn't trying to be a dick, it's just that tons of people don't even do that. clearly you are not one of those.

i think the reality is that using bicalutamide as an AA for transgender patients is very much an unstudied thing. the only studies we can find are relating to prostate cancer, where they measure the AA effect through PSA levels. i don't think it's possible to really make an equivalence statement to spiro. anecdotal evidence suggests daily doses between 12.5 and 50mg. i don't know if we have anything more than that

Alright, so my transition is coming along nicely. Facially I'm doing not too bad. Body wise however, I need work. I have a very large chest so it makes my physique fairly uneven. I need to build my ass and thighs to balance it out and feel better about it.

Right now I'm looking at squatting weights and I'm not sure if that's ideal. When I grab my ass and legs, there's clearly a fair bit to grab on to and it feels pretty squishy, so I feel like if I built muscle, it'd add very well and the fat and stuff already there would keep it from looking hella muscley and gross.

But anyways, what do you guys think? Is there an ideal workout routine for this sorta stuff? Should I just follow anything on the internet? I feel like a fair bit doesn't apply to me because of my trans situation. Most workout routines would be for guys hoping to get massive quads and stuff. I just wanna be more fem.

So pls help!

I've heard suggestions that you can stop AA after your testicles atrophy. The estrogen should suppress the brain from signalling the testicles to produce T, I think.

This is kind of my goal as well, eventually stopping AA and just living on E.
>>
>>6814634
>why don't you just cut your balls off? 7 years?

>And what is the state of your testicles?

>>
>>6814698

... Look at them? Are they tiny and all shiveled up?
>>
>>6814698

>0.25 ng/ml

That's female range for sure, so I suspect your testicles aren't producing any or much testosterone, which implies your brain isn't signaling them to produce it because it can sense the estrogen in your blood.

Like are they small or what? Compared to porn images? And how hard are they?

And where are they in terms of position on a day to day basis? Like lose and hanging down, or are they more higher up?

What are your E levels?

I'm not an expert or whatever, but from what I've been studying about the endocrine system and read here and there you may be able to reduce or stop your dosage. What AA are you on and how much?

Also note that trans in previous decades would be given only E with no AA and that would shut down their T production eventually.
>>
>>6814639
She's saying you're not in the right thread I guess? I don't know, I'd like an answer to what you you asked too. I'm only just starting but pretty in shape, so I'm wondering if I can stop all upper body stuff and just keep squatting and be good with that
>>
>>6814717
>how hard are they

Haven't heard this one, do they get harder or softer as they atrophy?
>>
>>6814720

I've heard both, or no change. I can't say, I'm asking for my own personal curiosity and knowledge.
>>
>>6814720
>>6814722

But I should add that personally mine have seemingly become softer, although I didn't check much before. And I also became more masochistic and tolerate pain more for unrelated reasons, so I'm able to squeeze them harder to check than I used to be able to, so that also adds some confusion to it..
>>
I can't believe I'm here
but something must be done
>>
>>6814718
exactly what i was saying. we have topics for a reason...and you'd be far better off asking in other threads, or even /fit/
>>
If your LH level is not 0 with
estrogen and no AA, T production will resume eventually. Reduced testicle size is only predictive of increased time to recovery. E level is mostly irrelevant because the required level vary person to person.

If you want to know if you can go estrogen only, discontinue the AA and after 3-6 months test for LH level (or GnRH level if the lab don't have a LH test). If it is not zero (and no orchi), T will rise again in time.
>>
>>6814813

Seems dubious, as LH leads to T production and both E and T suppress LH production.

So your E should suppress the LH so that your testicles aren't producing testosterone, right?

Further, before AAs were in common use people used to just take very high doses of E and it was enough to suppress T production.
>>
>>6814837
Yeah they used ridiculously high doses of conjugated estrogens or ethinyl estradiol.
If you want thrombosis though...
>>
>>6814859

That dose enabled them to overpower the fully active male-mode endocrine situation. I'm not advocating that. But what I am saying is once you have enough suppression of LH due to E, then it's reasonable that your testicles won't produce T (outside of female range) regardless of the AA's you're taking.

AA's like spiro and bica don't even suppress T production directly, they just suppress activation of the AR.
>>
>>6814871
bica is simple in its mechanism of action in that yeah, it doesn't directly suppress T production at all, it just blocks androgen receptors so the androgens are no longer bioavailable.
the indirect result of that is that through aromatase, your body eventually converts those unused androgens into estrogens.

spiro and cypro do partially work as androgen blockers, but also do a lot more stuff, such as loading the hpg axis through progestogenic action which i believe also leads to suppression of LH.

Self medding won't increase the risk of me getting cancer so much as it will increase the risk of me missing some signs of it. Also, I've already been waiting 4 months just to get a referral to a therapist and I'm still waiting, once I finally see one it's another 6ish months before I can see an endo, there's no way I'm waiting that out.

Measuring E level is irrelevant because the cut-off value for suppression is not well defined/varies depending on the person. Measuring LH is relevant, because the cut-off is well-defined to be at or near 0.

You seemed to advocate going E only based on testicles size and position, and E level in >>6814717 That's baseless. You also can't deduce a low T level is due to estrogen, when that person has said they're taking an AA.

I'm having an appointment with my endo today, I was gonna ask him if I could switch from my 150mg spiro and 6mg sublingual estradiol to injections. Is there anything I should know about switching? I've been on this for years so I don't even know anymore.

Does HRT affect every cell in your body or just where secondary sex characteristics are developed (apart from your brain I guess)? Like is a spot on a trans girl's leg any more feminine than the same random spot on a cis guy's leg
>>
>>6815728

It depends on the tissue type I think but like skin becomes like cis-girl skin. Softer and less oily. It also affects the brain as well. And fat distribution, musculature, possibly bones to an extent. So basically yeah the hormones have a lot of effects all over the body. But like it's hard to say if every cell is affected like for example some cell in your stomach that makes stomach acid, I don't know if there's really a big gender difference there, see what I mean? But every cell that responds to sex hormones yeah.
>>
Is it ok if i take my blood test right before taking HRT? Because I will do it around 10am and i take HRT around noon.
>>
>>6816175

Yeah you're supposed to do it before HRT.
>>

No they're not.

>>
>>6816200

When so I take my blood test?
>>
Can I take Bica only? I heard it's bad to take only AA, but is it really that bad? What If I take a really small amount like 10mg. I don't want to take estrogen yet.
>>
>>6817250
It's not bad to take just an AA, others will claim otherwise but they are very uninformed and just spewing memes.

What you must do depends on the length of time, but you can go decades or even the rest of your life without testosterone and be fine. If doing more than a couple years it would be wise to adjust your diet so as to include more vitamins, particularly vitamin D and calcium, to help keep bones strong. Bone density loss can also be combated through regular load bearing exercise, as this tells your bones to stay strong. This is why astronauts lose bone mass when they spend enough time in zero gravity - there is no stress on their bones telling their body to keep them strong. Through these measures you can minimize bone density loss, which primarily takes place during the first 5 years.

Fun fact: people who go without testosterone have a higher average lifespan. Arthritis, osteoporosis, back problems, depression, etc. are all avoidable through diet, exercise, and taking care of yourself. People here will act like going past 2 years is a big deal but there are many people who go decades and decades without testosterone or a replacement for it, and if they take care of themselves they do fine.
>>
>>6817285
One more thing:
If you're going to go for years or permanently like that, it would be best to have your testicles removed eventually. Taking AAs for years puts extra strain on your general health, and people without testicles have less bone density loss than those with testicles who take AAs. I would say it wouldn't be wise to go past 5 years on AAs alone. Even trans people who take estrogen with their AAs experience a good deal of bone density loss, something many seem not to know. This is because depending on the drug, the testosterone receptor sites are blocked in all tissues, meaning that even if their testosterone is within female range or castration range, it won't be doing the work on bone health that it would in someone without balls but also without AAs.

You can still go for years on an AA alone, and the steps I spoke of in my previous post will still help minimize bone density loss, but it would be wise to eventually get your balls removed.
>>
Yeah, thats why you should get cypro so you dont have to take AA forever (Cypro chemically castrates you, literally deding your balls) and cypro doesnt (iirc) stop all T from binding with receptors.
>>
If your T is like, reliably 0.3~0.8 nmol/L, do you need to worry about DHT? Like, at all?
>>
>>6816743

Hmm right before a dose?
Like you want to know how your hormones are when the drugs are at their weakest.
>>
hey how i administer estradiol injections? i ran out of the pills and recently switched to these
but i dunno where to shoot it
>>
>>6820050

The front/side side of thigh muscle, but really you should look up a detailed tutorial because there are some important points.

Sterilize the area with alcohol first.

If you feel excessive pain/tingling, try a new spot without pushing deeper; that's a nerver.

Before injecting, try sucking up on the syringe. If blood comes out, do NOT inject, and try a new spot. Always make sure to do this.

Why does 5mg even exist?
>>
>>6821342
You have multiple options. I'd recommend 50mg cyproterone acetate daily, since you can lower the dosage over time and it's very effective. But there is also bicalutamide if you wish to retain fertility for the time being.
>>
>>6822850
Guess it's something like cypro for cancer patients (300mg) vs. trans people (50mg) - 50mg will also nuke your T (most likely).
In the case of cancer you just want to unleash as much as possible to nuke every last fraction of whatever.
(Though from what I've read; dht will take a week to return to baseline from just a single dose of <1mg fin).

My doctor actually told me i could use 5mg of the finasteride as an AA. He prescribed 1.25 mg for hairloss, but then later he said "there is nothing stopping you from taking 5mg" .

Can I get some advice on my situation?

For background, I am a senior in HS planning on self medding later in the school year before I finish.

What I have gathered so far is that I should take cyproterone 50 mg along with some kind of E. I could take spiro, but I have heard bad stories about its side effects. I'm not sure what the implications of taking different types of E.

What is the effect of beginning to use progesterone cream and should I do it? I'm not sure of timelines in regards to switching to injections or starting progesterone but I was hoping I could learn that. My goal is to have a cheaper regimen, lowering cypro after several months.

I am also not sure of which provider to go with online or how to pay for it. My parents are unsupportive and can see my spending on my debit card until I turn 18. I have a job and savings , but I'd like to not make the HRT public until I have effects I can show so they may be more supportive.

If anyone can provide any insight here, it would be very helpful.

It is far better to be rid of testosterone and the shit feels and shitty bodily stuff, it's far better than nothing.

You could even be able to go femboy mode, which has a shitload of perks and is infinitely better than being a normal dude. Some people even wind up finding out they're fine with that and lose their dysphoria entirely by the time their bodies have been affected enough to go femboy mode.

Just keep taking the meds, if you haven't been on them long you haven't seen their benefits yet. Wait until like 2 years in before you judge the meds. You could easily find that even if you don't pass, the changes they bring make your life livable and take your dysphoria either down to a manageable level, or get rid of it entirely.

Here's some advice, it worked for someone I know who started at 16:
-Get a job somewhere that gives you a debit/credit card in order to receive your paycheck. Example: Wendy's
-QHI.co.uk charges your card through another site and shows up as a company called "NUBRAIN" which you might be able to explain away somehow. You might want to google them first and see what shows up, to see what your parents could find out. If it works okay, come up with some story about what you bought.
-Progesterone should wait until after you've been taking the hormones for a year
-50mg cyproterone is a perfectly fine starting dose, and you will indeed be able to lower the dose over time. I started at 50mg and am now at 25, maybe with potential for going to 12.5mg soon.
-Injections are actually pretty cheap but as an under 18 year old you may have difficulty getting the needles. You can order the syringes/needles online, and they won't check ID, it'll just be in a big box and might have medical-style labeling on it. If your parents checked the package or found them they'd also think you're a hard drugs user or something, it'd definitely force you to blow your cover.
-Do you have some sort of shipping down? Have you prepared for the possibility that even with your shipping going somewhere other than your house, that your parents likely have zero respect for your privacy and will one day just go through your shit like it's nothing, finding your pill stash? This is how that 16 year old I know got found out (they're 17 now and actually got their official prescriptions yesterday after much fighting with gatekeepers). Luckily for them it went okay, but who knows how it'd go for you.
-QHI.co.uk will take visa and mastercard. I think they also take cash in various forms, if mailed in the right way. Read up on the payment methods on their website.
-This might not work, but try using a prepaid visa card to buy the meds. Your parents won't be able to check that.

I would advise just going with progynova to start out with, rather than injections, as the only place who sells the injection vials for a reasonable price (e.g. less expensive than taking progynova) would be alldaychemist, and they don't take cards, all their payment methods basically require you to be 18.

>>6827492

>>
So is Bica completely superior to Cypro?
>>
>>6827523
Depends on your view.
It is a silent and complete antiandrogen, meaning it doesn't do anything but block your androgen receptors, however it doesn't knock out testosterone production or stop sperm production, meaning you retain fertility on it unless taking estrogen, which may or may not make you infertile.

Cypro will over time wreck your balls, which could be seen as a massive benefit, as over time the balls will become very atrophied and require less cyproterone to maintain that. It beats bicalutamide in cost both because of this, and because it is simply cheaper in the first place. It also lowers testosterone levels drastically.

Biclautamide is known to have fewer side effects, although taking cypro myself I must say I have had no noticeable side effects so far.

Cyproterone is a partial agonist to the androgen receptors, but it's negligible, meaning it pretty much doesn't matter that it very minorly activates them.

Whether bica or cypro is superior, is entirely up to your personal taste and desires.

SERM IIRC stands for Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. Basically they act like estrogen except in breast tissue they bind up the estrogen receptors without activating breast growth, and in fact hinder and to a degree reverse any breast growth that may be present. It's basically a way to get the benefits of estrogen without growing tits.

I'll save you the trouble of going to /femgen/ and dealing with those toxic catty fucks and give you the updated SERM guide posted in the old one.

With SERMs you can avoid breast growth and attain your femboy looks. Good luck to you.

can anyone explain how this works? like is there special arteries we have to aim for or something?

>>6828179
Oh my gosh thank you!!

I read the infographic, and see that your post also says these types of drugs "act like estrogen except in breast tissue". Does this mean that I use SERMs instead of, say, Estrofem?

Is it:
Estrogen
Anti-androgen
SERM

Or is it:
SERM
Anti-androgen

Or is it just:
SERM

Assuming I go and get the meds listed in the infographic (or otherwise similar), would I just add them in, or do they replace something?

Thanks for your help, seriously. I'm tearing up lol.
>>
>>6828517
If you choose to add estradiol you just take it alongside the SERM and the antiandrogen.
Otherwise serm+antiandrogen will work fine.
If extra feminization minus breast growth is desired, add in the estradiol alongside the serm. The serm should feminize on its own though, alongside the antiandrogen of your choice.
>>
>>6828605
I understand that I should bicalutamide and raloxifene are my friends and I should use both of them with my anti-androgen and, if I want Xtra fem effects, also with my estrogen.

If this is correct, then I understand totally :D

I'm surprised I can't find many others asking the question about HRT without being an actual tranny but rather just a femboy. I'm glad I got help so quickly though :)

Now I just hope IHP really does fail to check my prescription status...
>>
>>6828487
You don't want it resting on your teeth, but in this pocket area highlighted in red.

See all those blood vessels and shit? That's why it's a great "sublingual" absorption area. It has loads of blood vessels without having loads of spit production going through it. You can do the same in the counterpart area above your front teeth, I can post another image to illustrate that if you wish.

Oral tobacco users use this area because it has loads of blood vessels and not so much spit going through it. The same benefits apply to sublingually-taken medications.

Go check out the area on yourself, it should have pockets and unless you've neglected your gums for years, there should be far more than enough room down there for the pill to sit there without touching your teeth.

Bicalutamide is the anti-androgen, but yes. Raloxifene and bicalutamide are your friends, and if you want
>>
>>6828699
and if you want you can add estrogen*
Fuck I am just sucking ass at making posts tonight.

Also trust me, they will not check and they do not care about whether you have a script.
>>
>>6828699
Stupid question, what is raloxifene and what does it do?
>>
>>6828781
Nvm, i googled it
>>
>>6828781
It selectively binds to and activates estrogen receptors, basically acting like estrogen minus the boob growth. It is a SERM.
>>
>>6828179
So for a femboy, this is the advice to follow? Acquire these two drugs:
bicalutamide (antiandrogen that fucks less with your penis/balls)
raloxifene (SERM with estrogen properties that selects against tit growth)

But the instructions are unclear on one thing:
>if you quit estradiol, your T levels will spike dramatically

I can't help but wtf at that. I'm not trying to do this stuff forever. I might be ignorant on how HRT works, but isn't HRT something you eventually stop doing? I thought I'd just take some drugs for a few months and stop when I hit a point I like.

According to this infographic, I'll be spiked with T if I stop estradiol. I'm also confused about how long to be on bicalutamide for. It says "Start with just bicalutamide for up to 3 months", so do I just stop taking it entirely after 3 months/when my T levels are shot and I'm on raloxifene, or am I still taking it with raloxifene?

How do I quit raloxifene and maintain its results? If I don't quit, won't I keep getting more and more girly? I have a stopping point.

t. femboy who wants to do it right ;-;
>>
>>6828942
If you stop you will lose any progress you've gained. HRT even for femboys isn't something you stop unless/until you decide you don't want to be one anymore. That is, if the femboy in question requires HRT to be one or wishes to remain a femboy past 23-25.

T spikes when quitting estradiol because your brain doesn't have estradiol telling it "we're covered in regards to sex hormones bro, you don't need to tell the balls to make any"
With bicalutamide it doesn't matter what your T levels are at though, because it silently blocks the receptors.

If you want to follow the bica/serm route, then you never stop taking bica and you never stop taking serms. If you stop, you remasculinize. You can't quit taking the meds and maintain the results.

If you quit, you lose it all. if you don't quit, you keep it all. If you want a kind of mid-ground then don't take serms, don't take bica (it has high rates of gynecomastia i.e. breast growth associated with it), take cyproterone instead, or get your balls removed. Don't take estrogen or anything with it. Gynecomastia may still develop but has less chance.

You will only hit a certain point in your progression of getting girlier on bica/serms and much of it can be dealt with through clothing and hair choices. If you don't try to look like a girl you probably won't look like one. Remember, it's not going to make you as girly as estrogen will. Even estrogen requires a certain starting point in order to even look what you would consider "too girly" and odds are following this guide you'll just look more youthful and feminine without looking like a girl, particularly if you're not trying to look like one.
>>
>>6829127
I didn't know it was meant to be ongoing, but I know this now. That's okay.

So my options are:

Do not take bica+serms; take cyproterone instead (or remove balls). This will take test down a few notches with less risk of gynecomastia.

or:

Take bica+serms. Cock and balls are saved but tits have a higher chance of growing.

Option Cyproterone will get you to a "mid-ground"
Option Bica/SERMs will make you "look more youthful and feminine without looking like a girl"

Those sound identical, so am I just choosing between a decommissioned cock and a possible set of titties?

I'm sorry if I seem to be breaking your words down too harshly; I'm trying my best to understand. You're helping me very much and I'm grateful. This information is a lifesaver and is keeping me from bumping into walls.
>>
>>6829336
Cyproterone will knock your test right the fuck out, harder than even cutting the balls off.
If you take this route, or balls-removal route, make sure to eat a diet high in vitamins, especially in vitamin D and calcium, to promote bone health, and also do frequent load-bearing exercise (meaning, go on runs and walks and do light exercise, you don't have to lift weights and such, but exercise tells your bones to keep themselves strong)

bica+serms = balls are saved, so is cock, tits have no chance of growing
bica alone = balls are saved, so is cock, tits have a chance of growing

All make you look more feminine, bica+serms give more femininity than bica or cypro alone.
>>
>>6829376
I understand so clearly now oh my gosh :'D

I misunderstood when you said "don't take bica (it has high rates of gynecomastia i.e. breast growth associated with it)". I didn't know you meant that was only if you take it without SERMs.

So the real difference between the two options are that bica+serms will be more potent AND my genitals are saved AANDDD i don't get boobies!!

This isn't only clear, but also wonderful news! I'm so excited and happy and looking forward to how I will feel on HRT. Thank you also for the advice on vitamin-rich diets and muscle-building exercise. Don't worry, I have mountains of veggies and train pretty hard.

Seriously, you're a savior. I think I know exactly where to start, so I'll get to it. I fucking love you.
>>
>>6829420
>So the real difference between the two options are that bica+serms will be more potent AND my genitals are saved AANDDD i don't get boobies!!
Precisely.
No boobies, more fem, genitals are saved.
Also with the bica+serm route you don't have to worry about vitamin rich diet and bone-health exercises and stuff. That's only if you went with cyproterone alone. I am glad to have been of service.
>>
>>6829376

Bica can be quite expensive compared to other AAs but between you and me, they're pretty cheap on assetchemist right now. If you're taking 50mg a day then a 28 x 150mg pack will last nearly 3 months and it costs next to nothing

>FUCKING DHTstill in NORMAL MALE RANGE
LOL
you probably have to use dutasteride
- it's 5 times as effective as finasteride
- it also blocks two enzymes related to DHT synthesis (there are two of them and finasteride only blocks one of them)

high amount of DHT still doesn't tell anything. some people are genetically more susceptible to DHT than others (le baldness) but in conditions where one isn't normally susceptible to it HIGHER mean DHT levels are seen because it's not about how MUCH of it is there but how much cells are programmed to recognize it.

in other words, don't look at how much mean DHT you have in your blood and instead check for its obvious effects on your body like baldness or thick lower body hair

>>
Can I get a straight answer on whether estradiol is supposed to be taken sublingually or by swallowing?
>>
>>6831941
They usually prescribe finasteride or dutasteride for hair loss as it prevents the conversion of test into DHT. Full-blown antiandrogens like spiro, cypro or bicalutamide will usually do the trick as well. You can get any of these from inhouse or alldaychemist
>>
>>6831869
I get mine for less than that, and on top of this you can lower your dose over time with cypro, leading ultimately to vast savings even compared to spiro. I'm at 25mg, probably going to test out 12.5mg soonish.

Are you dead set on using that site? I ordered from AllDayChemist to the UK last Wednesday, and they arrived yesterday even over the bank holiday. No prescription, decent enough price. Only thing is the envelope comes with huge declarations of it being personal medicine but if that's an issue just bullshit and say it's modafinil or some shit
>>
>>6832832
There's two options, pick "I need a prescription" when adding to cart, it'll ask you some questions and that's that (my doctor has been on vacation for months lmao)

>>
>>6832845
Oh geez, I'm not dead set on any site. I just saw asset chemist was selling bicalutamide for cheap so I thought I'd take advantage.

Honestly though, I'll take any site that sells bicalutamide and raloxifene for an acceptable price without hassle with prescriptions and ships to Alaska. Bonus if the price is great and the shipping is quick, but I'm really just worried, borderline panicking, that this is somehow not going to work out at all.

Do these UK sites ship world-wide? Also, I fail to see how an envelope with a warning label would be an issue. Maybe I misunderstand that part.

Literally just got my QHI package an hour ago. Shit ships faster than any other place I've ordered from in the past years.

IHP will ship to Alaska.

ADC will ship to alaska.

I've ordered through both in the past. Has a few stops after customs typically.

Additional additional info:
If it says it will ship to the USA, it will ship to Alaska in basically all cases. I suggest asking companies if they ship to the US rather than asking if they ship to Alaska. In the past I have asked IHP if they shipped to Alaska, and they said "we don't ship to that country" because they didn't realize it was part of the USA. I spoke to another Alaskan to find out they actually order through IHP themselves. So worry not, if it ships to the US it ships here too.

yes, you will probably have a lower sex drive, experience orgasm differently, and be more susceptible to crying, but hormones aren't going to "make you think like a girl," whatever that's supposed to mean

Spiro (and only spiro) retains potassium and flushes salt, so if you keep eating potassium at RDA or more you can get hyperkalemia and die.

It takes a lot, though, the potassium RDA is pretty high (~4.5 /grams/), I just cut to half that and haven't had problems on blood tests. Kinda annoying since potassium's in so many things though, and it's not mandatory so you have to check a lot of foods online.
