Same person said, in the most stereotypical autist voice, that if an MtF character couldn't be played by an MtF actor, they should be played by a cis woman so they could be played by "someone of their same sex".

That's just too far, even for the mentally ill. No one actually believes this, right?

Well I don't believe that an MtF's biological sex is female. I also think that whether an MtF or cis man or woman plays an MtF role depends on the requirements of the role.
