Is it a bad idea to get SRS, tracheal shave, and a rhinoplasty done all at once? Can it even be done? It would be far cheaper and easier for me to get them done at once.

Not sure about a rhinoplasty, but I had SRS, tracheal shave and a lip lift done in one go and it went fine. If you don't plan on getting more FFS later, doing it all at once probably is a good idea anyway.

How's the scarring from your tracheal shave looking like? That's the one thing I'm worried about, I feel like it'll be a dead giveaway, even worse than just keeping the adams apple.

The scar was small, about 1cm long. And it had completely disappeared two months after surgery. It's really a minor incision that is used. Even before it healed completely, a dab of concealer was enough to hide it.
So, nope, if you get it from a decent surgeon, there won't be anything to give you away.
