Gay death = you spent your 20s doing meth in gay clubs and whoring yourself out, sucking as many dicks as possible. By the time you are 30, ugly, sad, and lonely, you either realize that you completely fucked up your own life, or you blame it all on your sexuality and call it "Gay death".

In all seriousness, the key to "surviving" is building a life for yourself outside of casual sex. This is clearly very challenging for a lot of homosexuals but I promise its possible.
