Okay, no need for that attitude. Again, I'm having a hard time finding anything to indicate that this is actually dangerous, or that you can give yourself an inguinal hernia (I'm assuming that's what was meant by someone's intestines falling out). That happens when there's a weak spot in the muscles wall of the canal/abdomen, and I can't really find anything to suggest that stimulating the area actually weakens the muscles. I could very much so be wrong, of course, but unless you're really trying to do some damage it seems like it would actually be kind of difficult.
