Oh my god... I don't think on average, a trans women who didn't transition too late, really has any physical advantage over other women.
At least I don't feel like I have much advantage over other women, though my endurance/working through pain/exhaustion seem to be faaaaar above your average woman (I can/could literally run until I fainted)... But maybe it's above the average males ability too.

Anyway, I don't think it's fitting for trans women to compete in "real sport". Like, play for your towns teams in non-money making competition, and stuff like that. Even if there wasn't/isn't an advantage, it's just draws bad attention and hostility.
However, for those who did transition BEFORE puberty hit, I think they should be allowed to play in actual competition.

Intersex is probably even more of an issue in sports than trans, though. She produces way more testosterone than the average cis OR transwoman.

I don't know that it's an issue though, after all we don't penalise people for being blessed with extra long legs, but it's certainly a factor.
