Also, um...I suppose this will be a bloggy kind of post. So feel free to ignore it.

I woke up today without crippling dysphoria for the first time in a week or two. It's kind of nice.
I don't really get dysphoric about not being cis necessarily, but I get more dysphoric about my face, and my shoulders, and arms.
I feel like dysphoria for me anyways just becomes this "thing" that overwhelms me. I make a big deal out of my features, and avoid mirrors, and doing anything, really.
I also disassociate a lot, and I'm not currently, which probably helps. I'm doing all of my facial masks right now which is a grounding thing for me, and I'm realizing that I have nice cheeks, a nice hairline, and nice lips.
These are things I say regularly when trying to think of things I like about myself of course, but I don't really believe them, or "feel" them for what they are a majority of the time.
I don't know. I'm sure this will pass by tomorrow. I guess it's nice to be out of the fog for a bit though, and I'll re-read this later to try to remember the feeling.
I'm going to use this time to put myself together so that when I'm lost in it again I won't feel so hopeless.
