Go to the chemist's ad buy some co-codamol. since it's britbong, you can buy them OTC for a couple of quid. go round any other chemists in your area and get as many packs as you can.

Now, you need to prepare what you just bought. check the packages. if you have codeine/ibuprofen tablets, grind them up and put them in water with some filter paper. if they're codeine/paracetamol, you don't even need to do that, just leave them in water overnight. In the morning, get rid of the precipitate (powder) and you'll have a glass of very bitter liquid. this shit'll get you high if you drink it, but we aren't here for that.
