I need massive weight loss and a lifestyle change, the lifestyle change to maintain
if I do a lifestyle change first, I lose 10-15kg and then something bad in life inevitably happens and I gorge myself and put more on than I lost.
I need to get rid of the massive bulk so that if something bad happens and I gorge myself I just get fat instead of more obese.

Also just saying that losing weight is so much more rewarding than comforting yourself with food making the situation even worse for you and pushing you down deeper.

Its almost like burning or cutting yourself when you feel extremely bad and sad and solve it by hating yourself for being such a loser with not eating for days.
