Does wanting to be a woman automatically make you trans?
>>
Not if you already are one.

Otherwise basically yeah.
>>
>>6710585
nah
most me want to be women, they just don't let it take over their lives
>>
>>6710626
If you sincerely believe this you need to take a 6 month break from 4chan.
>>
>>6710585
transitioning makes you trans, I want to be a woman but i value my potentially lost social connections and the perks of being cis over transitioning so I'm not trans
>>
but what if i dont want be a woman permanently?
what if i like being a man?
>>
>>6710585
1. no
2. play a real shin megami tensei game
>>
>>6711096
genderfluid (which is a specific type of trans)
>>
>>6710749
>I don't like being trans so I'm not trans
OK

More likely you're not trans because you don't have clinically significant dysphoria.
>>

I personally think it's likley that both statements are equally true. If they had a significant amount of gender dysphoria then they would likley place relative value on their social connections and the perks that come with being cis.

I do actually think that a lot of people at least fantasize about being the opposite sex and some would say that they would like to be a man/woman instead. However most of us are simply comfortable in our own skin and just don't mind the equipment that we were given enough to go and try to fuck with it.

There's the more than 99% of people who look at themselves and see that they're a man or a woman and they just roll with it, kind of like a, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" sort of thing. Then there's the few people who decide that they just aren't comfortable in their own skin whatsoever and that they need some kind of a change, those are the people that I would really say are Trans.

only a trans person would think that

nah transitioning makes you socially trans and visible but otherwise it's mental
>>

Here's me. Prepare for blogpost.

I'm fine with being a man. I act manly and feel genuine enjoyment doing man things, accepting the mantle of "man," maintaining myself as a man.

I would rather be a woman. Intrinsically, I like women. Scratch that, I love them. I really enjoy them, what I can see of their social roles, what their aesthetic is, my own sexual attraction to them, the idea of being a lesbian free of men and free to openly deploy banter and friendly opposition to machismo. The idea of periods, vulnerability to pregnancy, inherent physical upper body weakness, etc. don't scare me; in fact, I don't even really care about them.

I love women's clothes. I'm wearing a cute pair of panties right now, in fact, and sincerely think that these fucking things are more comfortable than even the boxers I wear. Seriously, men get fucking gypped; women have the superior underwear 1000fold.

In all personal ways of appreciation, I enjoy the woman more than the man, which just leads me to the thought: "Why would I ever want to be a man?"

I mean, it's acceptable to me to live and die like this, but if I would have the opportunity to be a true woman, I'd take it almost instantly. The only penis I'm okay with is my own. I don't even really enjoy self-inserting as a man in porn. I self-insert as a girl most often in either lesbian or yuri. I don't hate the idea; I just don't enjoy the self-insertion.

What am I? Explain this shit to me. I've never met anyone else like me.
