That's what I was going to suggest to them if it turns out they might be trans. I intended to guide them through the whole process too (avoid bureaucratic pitfalls and such). I think my presence might even calm down their relatives since I am slightly older and considered responsible, and have been on hrt for years. Let them know that this isn't dangerous etc.
