What are the good/recomended exercises for femboys/mtf's and the ones that shoudln't be done?
This means: The best exercises to improve a feminine image while being healthy. No male muscle mass, no T boosting (if that's ever possible)
You should start on HRT
>T boosting
Don't powerlift or eat like crazy and you'll be fucking fine.

Hanging leg raises

well if you want to gain muscle you have to eat a lot and lift weights.
So do more cardio exercise. stuff like aerobics, yoga, pliates is where its at for me. You diet is probably more important than exercise. Eat a lot of fruit and veg, drink water and herbal tea, don't drink too much beer. Don't eat too much meat try to get protein and fat from other sources.

Bird dogs
Glute bridges
Lunges
Froggy kicks
Stepper machine on high resistance
Cat back stretch
Side leg raises
Kickbacks or Donkey kicks
Planks
After a while on hormones you should be able to do some moderate arm exercises and they'll make them look like toned girl arms instead of manly ones.

> be me
> have bad posture, no pecs, weird tummy, etc.
> do the "One Punch Man" exercise routine for two months.
> mfw I actually grow two inches and look both more femmy and more confident
Except I ran 4k instead of ten, also some pull ups for good measure
ALSO I was only doing 50 per exercise. It's a great workout for mtfs because it's a girly routine but you get great results. Even girlier because it's the same exercise every day.... Which was a first for me, but damn I love it!

Btw, this exercise doesn't require a change in diet, nor will it make you muscly because of the high reps, but it WILL give you a very lean layer of muscle which won't show. It's perfect for your needs I believe.
