Aus tranny here. Dont bother with the medical system, I wasted a year trying. Inhouse pharmacy ships to Aus without a prescription. You can use a debit card, I used my mastercard.

Fun fact, idk where you like but if youre in Vic I got to the Equinox clinic in Melbourne. After just 1 month of self medding they started writing me scripts for HRT despite not having a mental health plan or anything. Its way cheaper than getting chinese meds too.

See in Australia we have an actual health care system, anyone can go to a GP and get a "health care plan" this entitles you to like 8-10 free sessions a year with a boffin.
