Not very many neovaginas are capable of fisting, no. Many trans women have trouble even with their largest or second-to-largest dilator.

You need to remember that neovaginas don't "tent" like natal vaginas do. I'm FtM, one of my absolute favourite sex toys is this inflatable thing. Stick it in my front hole and I can inflate it a damn good bit. Enough that I think if my entrance weren't so damn tight that I could absolutely handle being fisted. One of my partners is a post-op trans girl. She got really curious about it and ordered herself one. Like three pumps later (barely inflated the thing) she tapped out. She said it HURT, badly.

As for how they feel, depends on what you mean? For the person who owns it? Or the person interacting with it? There's definitely some differences there. They lack the ability to expand (and also to a certain degree contract, my partner couldn't squeeze down nearly as hard or effectively as I could, but I do advanced kegeling so I fully admit the 'game' was already on hard mode for her, but even comparing to other vajajay owning people it definitely felt different). They feel more...smooth inside I guess? Less drag and friction, and they lack the frills and wrinkles and stuff that make up natal vaginas and also allow them to tent when aroused.

They still generally feel like a vagina though. Like while there is no comparing them to the natal version (same thing with FtM surgery) because surgeons lack the means to make several pretty critical structures like the lateral muscles, the actual material of the canal itself and the tiny muscles/whatever that make it dilate, the internal clitoral bulb structures, etc, and if you know what to look for there are absolutely differences...but they just kinda feel like a vagina in the same way a phalloplasty feels like "kinda basically a dick". Are there noticeable differences? Yeah. Are they going to be mistaken for anything other than what they are? Nah.

Natal vaginas expand inside when they're aroused so they can handle a penis. Generally an un-aroused vagina is only like 3 inches long. It's why it can be very hard to penetrate to a vagina that isn't aroused and why it often hurts the vagina-owner.

It's also the reason vaginas feel "frilly" inside. The tissue is all bunched up on itself, and it 'tents' or expands when aroused.

That's...kind of what I said? I'm the FtM anon who has been answering all the questions. They don't tighten or contract the same way a natal vagina does, but they still absolutely contract in orgasm. You can feel and see the orgasm happening just like you can with a natal vagina.

Yes, you'll be able to have a normal orgasm, rare complications not withstanding. Again this is incorrect, it's more of a 50/50 chance of being able to have a normal orgasm after surgery and the surgeons even tell you this before hand. Complications are very common and often you have to go back to get a revision. I was lucky enough to have very little problems but I know a lot of mtf's that couldn't have orgasms afterwards or it took a very long time for them to function normally down there. I went to Dr. Suporn btw.

Again, they're not the same as a natal vagina, but think about it logically for a second. The bits that make up said neovagina would pulse and twitch, the prostate pulses and twitches, and in orgasm penis-owners tense up.

This does not all magically go away once post-op.

Maybe your vagina is broken or something but it's literally impossible for it to not contract on orgasm. In order to make the vaginal canal the surgeon has to cut through a muscle that would contract when you have a penile orgasm so this muscle is there in your vagina. And it isn't going to suddenly stop contracting on orgasm just because you had srs.

You can even control it yourself so while it doesn't tighten automatically you can make it tighten. Or at least I can.

My surgeon (not Suporn) told me that 2/3 of his patients report the ability to orgasm. I'm one of them. And that often the ones that haven't orgasmed are also those that have gone sort of "asexual" and don't really stimulate down there which you should do if you want to orgasm because it aids in the patching up of nerves. Like I wasn't able to 'gasm for months post-op but I kept trying like once a weekish and eventually it just happened and now that I'm 1.5yrs post-op it just keeps getting better and even more sensitive.

It really isn't possible, not that anon but I also have had GRS and that anon is right. You don't know what you're talking about dude. Also the muscle you're talking about is almost non existent which makes it impossible to do what you're saying. Males don't have that same kind of muscle tissue down there that females have.

My surgeon (not suporn as well) said different that a lot of mtf's lose the ability to orgasm afterwards or they struggle to orgasm. You're probably just one of the lucky ones.
