Has anyone here tried anal with a pouch after losing their colon to a disease?
I know you're supposed to ask your doctor if your pouch is able to handle it in the first place, but is it pleasurable?

just... wow

Do you have to wear a brace of some sort? I know of a girl that had her large intestine removed and she had to use corsets (they actually have medical corsets, but she used real ones) to hold her up since her abdomen was too weak to support itself and her organs.
I'd think that would be painful to have sex though.

I don't use anything to support my pouch. That's kind of why you'd trade your stoma for it, right?
Though so far this pouch has been way more trouble than my stoma.

I'd ask your doctor, or maybe some sort of support group website devoted to these kinds of injuries/surgery results.
I've skipped out on anal with people for as long as a year because they just had a bad butt situation (despite being active and fit), and it isn't like there aren't other pleasurable zones on the human body, no matter your sex.
I feel like I should have said:
WHAT A BUMMER!
and then left the thread.

Alright, thanks for the advice. I'll discuss with my doctor if the rest of my health problems settle down.
