You got one thing wrong. Trans women don't age well. We have strong bone structure so when we get older and lose facial fat we look much harsher than cis women. Hrt also makes our skin thin and frail and often an anemic hue. If we dont' take care of our skin religiously it will fall apart and turn into a wrinkly discolored mess as we age due to hrts effect on the skin and our xy receptors that struggle to react to the estrogen.

Womens have different xx influenced receptors so they don't experience these problems as acutely.
