Fucking lucky. I'm trying to do everything at once and going broke doing so. The hrt is like the cheapest part. My insurance doesn't cover shit, lhr, going back to school, saving money to move out (haha, right), microneedling for acne scarring because it's an insecurity of mine (which is going really well), the therapy sessions I basically "finished" after 3 months for once a week, I even saved some vials of little swimmers... Anyway that isn't really my argument here, my argument is that the cycling is stalling my weight loss by building muscle and retaining water. I likely am losing fat but it's not as noticeable because of this. However I brought up the metabolic thing because even if it doesn't apply to me it shows that calories in calories out is a terrible oversimplification.
When will society drop this pig-headed attitude to obesity? All the evidence is there that some people tend to be obese and even if they lose it most put it back on. We have dismissed this as "hurr they're all lazy" for years and wonder why the obesity problem never ends. Perhaps we should ditch the "one size fits all" treatment in favour of something more personalized.
Right now is a classic case, I'm telling you not cycling helps me lose weight and your response is to tell me to ignore this observation just because so and so simple rule that applies to everyone equally.

No before, cycling makes me hungry so I cycle before dinner so that I can eat something before bed. This way I prevent eating extra which is your explanation as to why cycling fails to be effective.

First time I used it I couldn't tell when the hair was all gone and I was kind of upset about it so I overdid it really hard and basically sanded my face in that whole area. No scarring though, and now I'm slightly less stupid and used to the sensation so it was pretty okay
