Tell me about it. I've wanted to be a girl for as long as I can remember, but there are way too many things about my body that would fuck up looking like a girl.

Almost 6 feet tall, big feet, hairy as fuck, big nose, giant fucking cro magnon brow, boxy jawline, thick and short legs, almost no butt, and a large Adam's apple.

I do have some feminine traits tho, but not enough to outweigh those strikes against feminity.

My body and face pass well enough since I started hormones at 18, and I'm within the average height/weight range for cis women where I live, but I'm still dissatisfied. I just want to be barely shorter than average so I have to look up to see my fiancee's face and can just fit perfectly into her when we spoon. I'd honestly save cash to get vertebrae removed in addition to SRS if that was an option.

I'm 6'2" and have a decent amount of muscle, but I'm skinny as fuck and can't grow facial/body hair worth shit. Everyone pushes me around physically because I don't look strong enough to resist, and I can't actually stop them because I don't have the mass.
Doesn't help that most of the muscle is core muscle and in my legs, so I don't have a lot up top. I get mistaken for a girl occasionally, too, because of the long hair.
