Inhousepharmacy says they do, but if you select the option "I will fax my prescription" they don't actually care if you do or not. QHI doesn't even ask for one. Alldaychemist doesn't need one either.

The cheapest pill estrogen you can get is progynova from QHI.
I recommend getting cyproterone over spironolactone, personally. You can find it listed as procur on inhousepharmacy and cyproterone on QHI.
The most effective estrogen you can get is progynon depot oil for injection from alldaychemist.

>23-25 gauge 1.5" 3cc needles and syringes.

>a sharps container

Also look up how to do intramuscular injections, but you probably won't do injections for a while, and you can ask then.

I have some spironolactone I can part with for the cost of shipping alone, probably 2 months supply. Ended up getting a prescription so I have leftover QHI, and the other is because I switched prescriptions so there's nearly a month worth of spare pharmacy spiro too
