In private I slouch and act incredibly improper according to these images, too be fair they're from the 50's but still. Good posture and the sitting thing, as well as the skirt thing is still good advice to pass and for your health. I like acting as proper and girly as I can, just gives me more confidence, personally I guess I don't really think about how overt or not it is. Comfy though? I really like wearing warm sweaters, making breakfast for GF and Mom. (Dad gets up and leaves too early.) I like dressing up and doing stuff. I guess I feel girly a lot of the time anyways because of how I dress and act, unless i'm messed up and really sick or something. Estrogen has improved my life exponentially.

Exactly. I had a lot of that when I was little for sure. It was mostly my "friends" at the time and my Dad though. I was teased relentlessly because I acting femme.

Ooh, and to add i'd also recommend checking some stuff out on the feminine gait. I can't find a good infographic but that's a thing I struggled with early on. Hormones helped me but, I still needed to put some effort in. I probably exaggerate it a little just because I think about it so often while I walk, but better than walking like a man.

Yeah this is really awful, my natural mannerisms were pretty feminine but they were mostly bullied out of me by middle school :/

It was really liberating when I started accepting myself as trans and let myself act the way I just do instead of having to consciensly make sure all of my mannerisms were masculine enough

Arms in, elbows closer to your waist (don't over exaggerate it though) straighten your back, make sure your feet are always kinda close when you walk and stand. Make sure you don't have your elbows farther away from your body than the rest of your arms, and don't hunch over, these are pretty much the two most masculine things you can do and can get you clocked even if you're pretty passable physically.
Sitting, your knees and feet should be touching, (or just the knees, and spread your feet out, either works, just don't spread your legs like the average guy does when he sits on the couch) and be sure to keep your back straight, no slouching.

You can still have feminine mannerisms. Passing trans people can look like perfectly natural women. Though if you're transitioning and just hope to pass without doing anything (not caring bout your voice in particular), or have this idea that estrogen is going to change your bones and make you a hot beautiful woman that all the men will cum instantly over and make all your problems just go away you're better off just not attempting to transition imo.

Just be whatever you want. At worst people think you're a slob, and at beast they think you're a tomboy. These guides don't really mean much nowadays because no one teaches shit like posture anymore.
