We covered demographics in AP gov in highschool, one of the big factors my teacher said about the black vote is that while it's important, lots of black people don't vote in comparison to other demographics. They also are sort of stagnating/not growing as fast population wise compared to every other group. There's a couple reasons of which you can just google.

I really don't care either way, though it's much better than having some unpassable hon speaking for trans people. To be honest after being somewhat stealth and haven't being clocked since 2012, this whole thing doesn't make much of a difference for people who pass.

After you pass, live life as you want and go to doctor later in life for gyno/breast (if ftm) and prostate/colon/breast (if mtf) check ups later in life. Being trans kinda takes a backseat after everyone sees you as a regular person.

The gyno probably isn't necessary if they had SRS (or at least, how the fuck would the doctor get in there?) I also don't get why they w ould need a breast exam after a total mastectomy.

I'm pretty sure you should get screened for colon cancer regardless, my grandmother did. Or did you mean there's an elevated risk from anal sex from HPV? I've read it increases the rate of anal cancer, but nothing on colon cancer. I've also heard of some MtFs going to gynecologists to get pap smears, though I'm not sure that's necessary.

You're making the assumption that everyone wants SRS. Maybe most do, I do, but I'm not getting it in it's current state. I'm pretty sure that FtMs that have breast cancer in their family, they can still get it after they get their breasts cut off. Some people can still get breast cancer after a mastectomy...thought this was common knowledge. It's not like cis men don't get breast cancer either.

For MtF it depends, I've known a couple who have parents who have colon/prostate cancer that runs in their family, so they'd need to get it checked out. While prostate cancer is a low chance with HRT, it should be done by anyone who has one regardless because their is always a chance. Breast cancer is also a real possibility as well, but again, this depends a lot on genetics and other factors.

Basically what I'm saying is, even if the chances are low/appearing nonexistant, after you reach a certain age you should be careful and get check ups with a doctor that knows you're trans.
