Detransition - consider breast removal

Your dysphoria isn't going to go away. If you detransition you'll probably end up killing yourself. Best case scenario you'll realize you fucked up and start over again. You've already done the hardest part, why not stick it out a little longer and see if things don't improve.

anyway, if you want to detransition, why not give you a period to try it out by simply going back to presenting as your birth sex in a daily situation for say 3-6months or a year and see how well you can tolerate living as your birth sex? you can wear a sports bra/binder to flatten out your boobs during that.

if you are comfortable continue doing that by then, go ahead with breast reduction but do be aware of the risks and issues with sensations and scars.

The mental illness, depression, apathy and despair will only get worse. Transition will never make you happy because it's a lie - you can never become female. You can still stop all the madness and salvage something from your life if you quit transition. It doesn't have to be a complete reversal, you don't need to shave your head and join the military, but you do need to accept your maleness. Will you ever be happy as a male? Probably not, you'll be sad about not being a girl until the day that you die. But transition won't make you a girl and it will also make your life worse. That said don't go crazy rushing to get surgery on your chest, they didn't really grow THAT big in one year, did they? I doubt it. The fact that you transitioned to full time so fast, and started thinking about gyno surgery so fast, are signs of a distressed and impulsive mind. Learn to deal with your issues and accept your situation. You can get "breast" removal surgery later after you've calmed down. Head my words as somebody who transitioned years ago, do not pursue this fantasy, you will destroy yourself trying to achieve the impossible. You cannot be a woman and no it doesn't matter how much you "pass" either.

Don't listen to this retard OP. Your depression might not stem from your transition but the environment around you. Even then if you feel like the transitioning wasn't worth it, then only you can decide if detransitioning is right for you. I know one woman who went on HRT, had surgery, detransitioned and was totally unfazed by the change. She carried on. Talk to your therapist about what you're feeling, that way yall can get to the root. There are plenty of cis women who are deep voiced, flat-chested, mannish looking and so on. Good luck.
