Well as I said you can visit femgen or AGP, a lot of them are on hormones to preserve and enhance their girlishness, you can pretty much go through your entire life like that, you won't grow breasts and your penis won't become useless
The fact you are asian too, you have really struck the goldmine in terms of femininity, it's a common fetish/fantasy to want to be cute and feminine and be treated like a girl
