I don't understand this meme. If you live in the U.S., it shouldn't be difficult to find a doctor (especially a therapist, although that's kind of expensive in itself) who will set you up with HRT.

If the cost of seeing a therapist is an issue, there are some places that charge you based on a sliding scale. Basically, the fee per session is based on your monthly income.

Believe it or not that isn't an option for everyone. Some places don't have trans care.
And don't tell them to move, unless you're willing to pay for it and hook them up with a job and everything they need.

A shitty clinic that doles out outdated HRT methods and doesn't give a flying fuck about your levels. Intense gatekeeping. I could keep going. There are loads of things to worry about.

Luckily they can't really take down deep web and other true black-market style connections (e.g. having a friend in Paraguay who is a German expat and capable of giving you the hookup, having regularly shipped much more nefarious things than HRT meds successfully)
