Eh 5'9 isn't that tall, most women where I'm at are that height. My boyfriend's mom is like 6'1 I think. (Scandinavia) I don't think losing weight is a good idea, you probably weight about 140 lbs. I'm not sure how much muscle mass you still have left, but dropping any excess could bring you down to 136-138 and make your frame look smaller, depending on your measurements and bone structure.

I don't know, all I know is that having at least 20% bf for most transwomen is a must because having just a little bit of fat to round the face a bit helps immensely.

For the record, I'm not sure how you pass IRL, but I think you're fine as is, but I think you might get clocked every once in awhile.
