This is how I eat. I eat 2 meals per day like this. I dont eat bread, dairy products, soda, etc. I drink water only and basically only eat meat, nuts, and raw fruits/vegetables.

You will have to determine your own eating plan based on macros that meet your goals, and fit your budget and dietary practices. If you need more specific advice I would need to know more about you; age, height, weight, goals, etc.

Coming back to this point with some general advice.

- Talk to a lot of girls - Some guys get "oneitis" and latch onto one specific girl and think she is perfect and obsess over her, etc. This is horrible strategy.
