I straight up have two younger sisters that are both 5'10", and there are so many women taller than me at 5'9" around here. I know when I was in Texas I had a girl walk by me that was a foot taller than me. I've also totally never have people ask me if I am a guy or anything like that.

I'm 6'0". My mom is 5'11" and my dad even taller though, so I was going to be tall regardless of the gender I was born into. I honestly would consider myself lucky that I didn't end up taller.

There's a lot more variables in play to determine passibility if you're tall, though.

-If you're over 6'1" or so, things start to get weird fast.
-Good bone structure will help a LOT. There's a difference between a 6'0" tall person with a 38" ribcage and a 6'0" tall person with a 30" ribcage, the latter being much more likely to pass.
-I believe ethnicity plays a role. A tall blonde woman is a lot less likely to attract attention than a tall asian woman.

My cis gf is 6'1. Tall girls aren't super common, but they exist.

Was 5'2 ish before transition, never had problem with getting laid, girls or guys, though guys were more selective than girls desu. After transitioning, found a 6'5 guy, been dating for almost 4 years now feels good man.
