There's not really a way to get that sensitivity back, you might get used to your new state and eventually it might become easier, but it might not. The only way to regain it would be to add more estrogen back in.

If you are taking an AA that blocks the production of testosterone in the first place, then it is possible that by halving your estrogen dosage you reduced it to below normal male levels, causing the symptoms that you now have.
