Turns out therapists stop having anything to do once you're happy, healthy, and have a support system. I've been certified trutrans enough times through hormones, legal, and surgical stuff. My detransition is half assed since I've done irreversible things that I'm still happy with but I make an effort to ride the line of androgyny.

As long as you don't go to high you'll probably be fine (making short recordings and playing them back to yourself until you get a good sounding pitch can be really helpful

Not all tribes had a concept like that, those that did didn't always share the same concept and it generally didn't match up exactly with what we would call cis versus trans in our society, and generally I think the term only gets used either in the context of tribal identity or when someone chooses to self-identify as two-spirit because they think it describes them, whether they are native american or not.
