The thing about being a tall MtF is this...

There's a certain height range that is considered "model height", and is certainly much taller than most females. We're talking about 5'10" - 6'1", maybe. Tops. If you're in this range and you're attractive, you could look amazing. If you're above 6'1" as an MtF, things start to get very ridiculous very fast, however. Tall masculine bone-structured women over that height like Gwendoline Christie are exceptionally rare.

The problem with MtFs in this "model" height range is that they often don't have the bone structure to pull it off. Someone who went through male puberty and is 6'0", but has a 28"-32" ribcage with shoulders that aren't broad and hands/feet that aren't huge (for a female) are very rare, I find. Often when people of this height range post their pre-HRT measurements on places like Reddit, they've got broad shoulders, size 11.5+ size feet, 38" ribcage, etc.

So basically, there's a height limit on MtFs (6'1"+), and if you are close to that limit, it's really down to your bone structure. Nobody would doubt Johanna Söderberg, who is 6'1", is a woman. But if you've an obviously male bone structure? Good luck.
