Start on 25-50mg of Cyproterone and 2mg of Estradiol daily. See a doctor for blood and health checks every month or so.

Half of a 50mg Cypro pill (so 25mg) daily is safest. Most doctors start you on low estrogen doses and then up it after a month. if you are self meddling aim to take between 2 - 6 mg daily. Up it to 4mg of estrogen after your first month
