So I have noticed that men and women have differently shaped bellies. I understand this is partially due to men having narrow pelvises, wider waists and preferential visceral fat distribution making men's bellies look round and hard in the middle while skinny on the side. I call it the "android" belly and one of its defining feature is a visible adonis belt.
Will HRT change the shape of the belly or is this not possible as well?

It redistributes fat but your midsection is influenced by your rib cage and hip bones quite dramatically so overall the shape doesn't change to a huge degree.

HRT does not give you a female skeleton, there will always be differences between your body and a cis woman's body

Cis women look ugly when fat too. Just lose weight fatty.

Don't forget that women have an extra organ floating around, so that'll change the shape when compared to a non-uterine being.
