Spiro is shit. I took 200mg of the stuff for a year and my T didn't even drop below the low male range. Cypro crushed my T to below female levels on just 25mg within a few months and I could feel the difference without even seeing the blood test results, the blood tests just confirmed it.

(I had monitored DIY HRT since the NHS wouldn't give me a script until seeing the GIC but would monitor me).
