Listen to the Second Annual Report. It's the best TG album in my opinion. D.o.A. is essential as well. As far as PTV, I haven't listened to that much, but I can confirm that their second album as well as the Themes disc are all great, but Force the Hand of Chance has some excellent moments and some mediocre ones. Towards Thee Infinite Beat is good, too.
