Was gatekept during my first transition so I didn't get to that stage, and I was pretty secure about who and what I was so I didn't really need one anyway. And this time, I made sure to avoid all gender specialists, with the obvious exception of the surgeon I got SRS from. I probably won't even get my plastic surgery from a FFS clinic. The results are a bit too stereotypical and that worries me.
