Help with MtF doses?

You generally want it split between morning and afternoon with antiandrogens. I hear some transgirls taking E doses through out the day, but I just take my E all at once. my understanding is the half life is 24 hours so

It's good anon. Also Cypro's half life is somewhere around 50 hours meanwhile your average estrogen pill diminishes effect at around 20.

What I do is take 50mg Cypro + 2mg Estrogen + my vitamins etc on morning after breakfast, then on evenings usually after dinner I take 2mg of estrogen and my melatonin to fall asleep easier.

then 2 mg in the afternoon followed by 2 mg at midnight (im not self medding btw, my endo told me this)

Why do you use melatonin to sleep better when you can use micronized progesterone as a sleeping aid instead?

The half life of sublingual estradiol is 15 hours, but I think non-sublingual is longer than that
