I'm not on bicalutamide but I've had no testosterone for 2.5 years and I'm mostly fine. Just eat right, get all your nutrients, take calcium and vitamin D supplements, work out 30 minutes of load bearing exercise every day to help maintain bone density.

Also, try not to go too far over 2 years of blocked testosterone and no estrogen. If you want you can add like 1mg/day of estrogen or something, I doubt you'll get much in the way of boobs with that little, and it'll help you not get osteoporosis. Alternatively you can cycle estrogen, or take SERMs like other people in here do.

Doing an anti-androgen alone is totally fine, you just can't do it forever without negative effects on your bones and other things. In the short term, on the scale of like 1-2 years, you'll be fine though. That would easily be enough time for you to see if you like it and if you want to keep going with a little estrogen added in or some SERMs.
