Makeup is good but it won't turn an unpassing face into a passing face by itself, you need to have some degree of genetics and preferrably HRT in there too. It's literally impossible for you to be at 3%, you are overestimating your skinniness, 3% is bodybuilding competition tier and you have to pretty much dedicate your whole day maintaining it.

If you're really skinny you should be at 10% at the absolute lowest.

Anyway it's pretty easy to gain weight if you don't exercise, just snack a lot on high calorie foods and eat 3 meals a day.

yah looks like it, but Ive got my report right here, and it says im sitting at about 5% now, having gone up in F% the past year. every bulge you see is muscle im desperately trying to loose (I was at 185 almost 190 just a year and a half ago)
