I've asked to be referred to a psych about my mental health issues in general
My GP thinks a lot of my problems are caused by Aspergers and not having the proper support for that growing up so I'm getting an autism screening done in a week or so. Idk for me I had learned to change my voice to be deeper when I was repressing so it might partly be that once I got rid of doing that and removed a lot else I went back to my weird femme voice base and then up from there.

My problems right now are coughing and sneezing, but I've still been gendered female in public after a sneeze so I guess it's not horrendous. I had a girl scream up until I literally had to stop it while repressed, it's slowly coming back.

My laugh fluxuates between decent and sometimes it gets weird still if I'm too genuinely caught laughing.

One thing that also helped for strengthening a vocal range once I could do it at all was just, holding a note there for a bit and doing voice exercise that way.
