I ordered 2kg of chocolate protein - USN Muscle Fuel STS. I've not used it before, so I'm not sure how good it'll be in comparison to the usual stuff I get from MyProtein but it'll be interesting to see how it goes.

Justin Lascek, the guy who runs 70sbig.com
His lifting philosophy served as the basis for what 4chan's autist call "husbando mode", which is pretty much the body type you see in pic related (also Justin).
It's a pretty sustainable and achievable body type. It focuses mostly on compound lifts, which pretty much anyone can do safely, and a few accessory lifts to compliment the big ones. If, for instance, you can't do a certain compound lift for health reasons (maybe you can't back squat bc fucked up back), then you can pick other similar lifts.
Different from other body types that emphasize low bodyfat percentage (such as ottermode), husbando mode doesn't really care about that. You just end up looking juicy with some reasonable bodyfat. So, husbando mode pretty much boils down to:

> sleep well
> eat well
It's a pretty sustainable bodytype, you can age pretty well in it.

I went out with a guy who had depression and had cut himself in all kinds of places. I really liked him, but his issues left him too broken to accept having a relationship with me. Hey mascgen, I've got a query for you.

Whenever I'm in the city I check guys out. Naturally, most of them are straight. And more often than not, they notice me looking. (Naturally, it's the beefy guys that I look after). Whenever they notice though, I'd estimate about 3/4ths of the guys who do notice me looking look back in an aggressive manner. About half of them make rude gestured towards me, and some even say shit like "What you lookin' at bro!?". Generally, a large amount of the dudes I check out don't think I'm checking them out, but am trying to provoke them. What's up with that?

Do you establish eye contact? Most people don't want to hold eye contact with people and will be the first people to look away, so if you look away when you make eye contact and then look at them again - that is creepy and weird.

So, you're staring at people's asses for approx. 5 seconds (maybe more than that), smiling like a retard and avoiding eye contact because you think of them as chunks of meat. Yeah, I can see why he might look back at you aggressively.
When I check out other guys, I have the decency to be discreet about it. I don't stare at them for 5 seconds, I just take a little side glance and go on with my life (unless he looks back at me repeatedly like he's interested in talking with me.) That's what most guys do, because we're not stupid.

My mother's side of the family has a strong tendency towards diabetes, and I started having hypos around 9 years old. Back then I was a chubby kid who didn't do any exercise. Some years later I discovered I had developed insulin resistance, so I was well on my way to achieving the beetus.
So on the following years I fixed my diet and started getting fit. My insulin was great last time I checked, better than a typical person's, so hopefully it'll be a long time before I get diabetes. That also fixed my migraines, which were related to my crazy insulin levels, and the exercise helps me with my hyperlordosis.
That said, despite being /fit/, I still have to take immense care with what I eat because I'm still fairly susceptible to hypoglycemia. For instance, I cannot reliably workout in the morning, I get insanely dizzy and light-headed.
I did it, anon, you can do it. Become fit for your own health.

I'm not insanely attractive or anything like that. It's mostly that I'm a charismatic and functioning human bean, young (22) and take care of myself while most people where I live really don't seriously try to look good or stay healthy. So, I'm more attractive than the average guy here, but not attractive enough to go for a lot of the guys I'm attracted to.
I've been meaning to raise my standards. But that's really hard to do when you live in a place where most guys really look like shit and have terrible personalities.

You might have the idea that everyone in Brazil is a fitness model with perfect asses, but that's far from truth. And on the city I live more than half the population is overweight. A vague feeling of safety, that the majority of people wouldn't stand idle against homophobia. There are alot of gay parties you can go to if you want to. I went to the Amsterdam pride Parade for the first time last year, and I felt really happy and accepted seeing all those people celebrating.
