No, facial hair growth never stops, just slows down. I've been on hormones for close to 6 years, and I have never had laser or electro, I just didn't have enough facial hair to justify it. The stuff I have is still there though, nothing's changed, in fact it may have worsened slightly due to a month that I needed to be off hormones for surgery.
