I'm pre everything, though I've got an appointment with an endo. While I'm waiting to start hrt, is there any kind of exercise i could do at home to build up muscle in the right places? Just thighs and butt for now, I'd love to get rid of this flat man butt.

I'd also like to be able to bounce on a, uh, 'silicon relaxation device', when i stick it to the floor with the suction cup, though that's less important.

Any exercises you could recommend?

you should be able to do at least a few dozen if you're in ok shape, and just give yourself a day's rest, try a few sets of a third or so of the number of reps where it got uncomfortable, etc etc, and it should give you a v. nice shape without getting muscular
