This is so not true for attaining women's beauty aesthetic, the way fat distribution works for girls and all, like you just work out in a different way. Guys work out low reps high weight for muscle mass building, to look big. Girls do low weight high reps to be toned. Guys can also never do cardio and look okay, where as if you're a girl and want a nice body you need to be doing cardio and yoga frequently.

I'm 6'4" as well; extreme height definitely will make passing more difficult, but it's not impossible, there are some cis women that tall. At the very least it'll be possible to get to the point where you look good and aren't too far from passing that you make people uncomfortable, I think, and you might end up being able to just pass as a super tall model type, who knows.

There's no innately better, but the average woman would want to avoid something that uses a lot of strength, since men are in average stronger (sure there can be muscley women but they're the exception).
